A juxtaposition is the act of placing things side by side, especially for the purpose of comparison or contrast. Juxtaposition is the subject of this week’s WordPress Photo Challenge.
The road was closed, so I had to take another route. I wasn’t the only one. It took over thirty minutes to get out of town. I enjoyed the view of the windmills and suddenly I noticed a modern windmill in the background. The old windmills with four sails (or blades) were used to fight the water and create land. The modern windmill in the background produces energy. It only has three blades.
